Whatnot Fees

Whatnot charges two main fees:

  • Commission: 8% (US/CA/AU) or 6.67% + VAT (EU/UK) for most categories, 4% for Coins & Money
  • Payment Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 (US/CA/AU) or 2.42% + €/£0.25 (EU/UK)

Commission is on the final sale price. Payment processing is on the total order value (sale + shipping + tax).

High-Value Orders

For Comics/Anime/Toys/TCG/Sports Singles and Coins & Money categories over $1,500:

  • Commission on the first $1,500 only
  • 0% commission on the amount above $1,500
  • Payment processing fee applies to the full order value

Note: The "Standard (All Other)" category does NOT have a $1,500 cap — commission applies to the full sale price.

US, Canada & Australia:

  • 8% commission (4% for Coins & Money)
